Sick House

We had quite a day yesterday. I was looking forward to Lily getting back to school and getting back on a schedule (it seems really hard to keep anything consistant these days for some odd reason between my husband's work hours and the kids being sick.) but when Lily woke up crying with a fever I knew that was not happening. Then Little Noah had been up all the night before with a fever of his own and Wesley woke up and had the accidents of all accidents. I will spare you the pleasant details LOL. So after getting them all bathed and back in bed I figured it was going to be a long day around here. As it turns out the kids slept a good part of the day and I did even less then usual of course besides waiting on my poor babies hand and foot and worrying myself sick. Now its almost 5:30 a.m here on Wednesday. Wes is at work, Lily is in her bed sleeping with her t.v WAY to loud and both boys are in my bed.
I have been letting Noah co sleep again quite a bit. I think with the baby coming in a couple of months and now him being sick I Just really want him close to me. I am realising that he is just not a baby anymore and its making me kind of sad. Only natural I figure, they grow up right? But when I look him I admit I do still see a baby and I know the moment Sophia is home from the hospital the comparison is going to be tough to swallow. It always is for me for some reason. I remeber the first week we had Noah I would just look at Wesley and cry. He was HUGE all of a sudden and it was a crazy reminder that they will not stay little or ours forever. Of course a big part of me realises they are never truly competely ours to begin with. In my heart I believe their time with us in our homes are a stepping stone and a blessing from God. In my eyes we are all truly his. Its my job to provide care and nurturing for as long as they need it (God help me if thats 40 huh LOL) and then motherhood and love for as long as I live. But never the less I do realise at some point I will have to let go. Anyhow rambling. Did I mention it was almost 5:30 am LOL.
Project 365 is going really well for me. I feel like I am finally starting to "get it" and my photography is growing as a result. I am enjoying photographing my kids a lot more now that I know what I am doing. I also admit that all the attention and kind words in the community has been very uplifting and made me feel wonderful. Its nice that we all can stand on each other's shoulders. I can't even begin to say how much I feel like I have grown as an artist and a person since I have been around all the amazing women in the digital scrapbooking community. Of course once you start making friends internationally and are exposed to so many amazing cultures you can not help but become a more well rounded individual.
Anyhow Noah is awake now and on my lap so my time has just become very limited LOL. Here is a few 365 out takes have you for the day. My 3 pitiful babies lol!

I am pregnant with my fourth baby. We found out its a girl! (I know I know just can't say it enough LOL) Her name will be Sophia. I would have a bus load of babies if I could afford it!
I turned 19 a week after I had my first daughter Lillian. It was a blessing and amazing life changing experience for me. I am so blessed to be a mom.
My son Noah is addicted to vanilla pudding.
I pray to be a professional photographer some day.
I am totally insecure at times and can get a bit anxious over silly things. (like talking on the phone LOL)
My hair is to my butt. I havent cut it since my son Noah was a couple months old. I am afraid to cut it.

Back in the Swing of things

So tomorrow is Monday. Mondays really are a mixed bag for me. Partly its exciting to begin a new week. A fresh start, a new day. And when you are pregnant it brings you one day closer to meeting your little blessing. Plus on any morning of the week there is nothing sweeter then waking up and seeing the faces of your sweet children. Of course that is before they have a chance to start to drive you nuts LOL. I don't love the hustle and bustle of school mornings and trying to get out the door on time with three small children in the freezing cold. Living on the third floor wasn't the best idea with such a large family. We have decided though we are going to look for a more practical place as soon as our lease up here. Now to find affordable housing, thats going to be fun LOL.
My project 365 is going awesome. I admit some days I am kind of lazy to get them posted but once I do it feels wonderful! I also really enjoy browsing other's blogs. Its amazing how you really connect with other people out there in this community. You become familiar with their family and their life style. Even cooler I am starting to recognize people's kiddos in the galleries too LOL. I wonder if my kids are as recognizable to those familiar with my own pages.
I am really anticipating income tax this year. We have to upgrade to a mini van because we are really limited on space with our car now. Theres no way 4 kids are going to fit, so its a necessity. A not so necessity will be my 40d if I can afford it once all the bills are paid but I really really want it, especially when the baby comes. I love my Xti but am starting to feel like I am out growing it and if I want to really take my photography serious I have to really be willing to invest in my hobby. (I would love to have a career within the next few years or so)
I am having a blast with my creative teams. There aer Some GORGEOUS kits coming out this week and I am SO anxious to post my layouts! I still have a few more to make but can't say how blessed I feel I am to be able to work on such great teams with such amazing women!
Anyhow off to la la land. I don't do so well waking up early that first day back on a schedule LOL.

Yay its Thursday!

I love Thursdays cause the weekend is just so close! We normally don't do much on the weekends around here. But this Friday I am going out with my best friend Jessica to look at all the adorable little girly things in the store and you know I am taking my camera with me lol! I probably won't do much shopping yet but it will be fun to look. I admit I don't get out as much as I used to either so this will be a nice chance to do some female bonding and have some time for myself!
I have been busy busy scrapping lately. I absolutely am SO glad I am getting back into the swing of things! I can't wait for income tax because there are some gorgeous kits in the community that I need. Especially now that I know we are having a girl! Vinnie Pearce has a kit at cat scrap I am head over heels in love with! Actually I love everything she has but am way to intimidated to apply to the call she is having right now LOL So I will just drool and wait till I can afford to buy up everything in her store!
Heres a layout I did recently to celebrate our little Sophia.
I used Bren Boone's Gorgeous kit Baby on Board. I can't wait for baby Sophie to get here so I can do a layout with her sweet photos with this too. Its just precious!
I admit I need to take more maternity photos and will do that when I am brave enough to get my whole self in front of the camera again LOL I do have one of just tummy though I took this morning in the bathroom mirror. The dreaded bathroom self photo LOL!!
The other layout I did recently was with Natali Design's amazing new kit All you Need is love.

I chose older photos of my kiddos for this. I have been feeling very nostalgic lately and have been going through some of my older pictures of my kids cause it reminds me of when they were babies. They are growing up so fast! Its very surreal that we are pregnant with our fourth child. It seems like we were just bringing little Lillian home from the hospital. Now shes six!!
Anyhow better get some housework done, its 5:40 am here and I have to get Lily up for school in a couple hours.

Yep we found out today!! I am so excited and okay not to surprised to be honest, I had an inkling. But we did get a peek down there and we are pleased and SO proud to announce in April we will be bringing another daughter into our house!! YES ITS A GIRL! I am so excited. We chose the name Sophia Grace for her. I thought I would fly by and let ya know!!! Big hugs!

Last Day of Vacation boooo

Tomorrow Lillian is going back to school, its crazy. It seems like she was just starting her winter break for school. On one end of it all I am glad to get some normalcy going around here. Maybe catch up on the house work and for some odd reason the boys play so much better when Lily is in school. They have been all fighting quite a bit amongst themselves this past week. A lot of that just may be them all getting older and catching on to the rhythm of life and sibling hood LOL. I mean when I was a kid all my brother and I did was fight. He even gets on my nerves now and hes 21 years old! Though I will say to his defense that he is a big kid at heart so that is probably why. Once a little brother, always a little brother. I even see the little brother in my husband sometimes. I bet he drove my sister in law CRAZY when they were kids. Hes an amazing man but he has a tendency to really love to pick and pick and prod. He thinks its hilarious to, of course to anyone looking on the outside in it probably is funny. It also so happens I am the oldest of my siblings so I was the one that always had the joy of a younger brother picking and picking and prodding. Like I said, circle of life LOL.
Tomorrow is a big day around here too! For the tenth time, and I am sure you all know by now but its our big doctor's appointment!! We are finally going to know what our little peanut is! Well it sure doesn't feel like a little peanut when it moves these days. But I am not quite sure what to call the baby, we don't have any nicknames.
The project 365 is going awesome! I am having a blast though today I am having a hard time getting the kids cooperate long enough to get a decent photo. They are all wound up and wild. Noah is in bed watching television so I think he is tired and may fall out any moment now but hte older kids are probably driving our neighbors crazy. The are SO loud! I have pretty much figured that for my project I really want to stick to pictures of my kids. While I don't mind taking the random photo here or there I think it would be awesome to look back at the end of the year and see how they have grown. I am also really hoping to grow in my photography and really want to focus in children's photography so this may help as well.
Well off to try to get something accomplished today. My hubby let me sleep in so I am way behind on the housework and I want to get these kids some lunch before I make them nap.

Just a Quick One

I for the life of me can not figure out why my four year old is still awake at 2 A.M. I just tucked him in for the tenth time tonight so lets hope this time sticks lol! I figured while I was up and browsing I would take a moment to pop in a post a photo of Lily I got around to really editing and love love love!
I am also REALLY excited to take another photo tomorrow. My minds already going a mile a minute trying to come up with ideas. I hope I can shut it off in time to sleep for at least a few hours. This is more likely then not why I am not getting over this cold LOL.
Oh and another exciting note its Friday!! Friday means only 3 more days till Monday! Monday is my ultrasound! I am so anxious to know what I am having, the suspense is killing me right now.

Well I am excited, a New Year means a fresh start and I am all about fresh starts! I have way to many resolutions to get into but I already fulfilled one and that was to prettify my blog. So tada whatcha think LOL.

In honor of the new year and all things blogging and of course with me all things photography and scrapbooking I have decided to entire Scrapbookgraphics challenge Project 365. I am SO excited and amped up for this. I think its going to strengthen me as an artist all around. I even started a blog to dedicate to it. Here is the list if you are interested and I will also be adding it up to my blogroll as soon as I get that all sorted and reorganized.

Can you believe it?!

Two posts so close together LOL. I know I know, practically unheard of with me huh. Well this shall most likely be short and sweet. You see I am a big baby and have this huge paper cut in the crease of my finger so it stings quite a bit. I am hoping it heals up over night while I sleep so I can get on tomorrow and really hit the galleries and leave some loving. Its something I really enjoy doing in the morning with my cup of tea while the kids are still sleeping or at least quiet.
I just thought I would show off a few photos and maybe a layout. I figure its been a while and everyone is technically sleeping now so I am gonna do it while I have the time. Time is precious with three kiddos you know. Technically four I guess but really since she/he isn't out yet things are still pretty much easier in that aspect. Though I wlll say the heartburn tonight isn't appreciated at all LOL. Anyhow off the beaten path as always with me huh.
Here is my most recent layout. The kit was raked to me by the sweet Helene at scrapbookgraphics.com and is called Love Bug. Its super sweet and I love all the soft colors. I knew it was calling for one of Lily's baby pictures. So this is what I dreamt up :)

And then there is this one that is one of my recent favorites.

This kit is from Paint the Moon Designs at Oscrap. I am lucky enough to guest for her right now and just fell in love with this wonderful kit. Its called Winter Escape in case you are curious :) I know I would be lol!

So tomorrow Wes goes back to work. He was home about a week for Christmas vacation. I miss him already. I always feel these breaks really bring us closer together and its so sad to get back into the daily grind of the day to day stresses. Of course they never really went away, they just didn't seem as important recently lol. He does get Thursday off so I am thankful for that. I am also stoked for my dco's appointment on the fifth. You are going to get so sick of me talking about that LOL.

Well I better get some shut eye. I will have to come back for photos. Tomorrow is going to be really busy getting back on with the house work and upkeep along with being the only one here to get up with the kids. I admit I have been a bit spoiled there too since Wes has been here. I love that he just lets me soak up the pregnancy and take it easy whenever I feel the need to.

Merry Christmas to All!!

And to all well...Good Morning!
I am pretty much half asleep. I am one of those, yep you know what I am talking about. One of "those" parents that wait until midnight to wrap presents and then sneak them under the tree. I am actually even one of the very extremely last minute shoppers. This Christmas was awesome. We did what we could and while the toys weren't as flashy as they generally have been in the past the kids were not the wiser, they were just happy. And we were happy watching them enjoy tearing through the paper to find something new or close to what they asked for for Christmas. Now that all the wrapping paper is discarded and the kids are quietly playing with their toys, (or not so quietly) I am so tempted to fall back into a semi coma and sleep until noon. Not happening I know. Later on we are heading to moms to eat, and open more gifts. I am actually really looking forward to that. From a photog mom's perspective her house is much more festive and I know the pictures will be that much better because of it LOL. We all stay in our Christmas Jammas all day and hang out and eat. Family tradition. I don't know who came up with that one but I sure ain't complaining LOL. Normally we have to shclep between families but this year we traded Thanksgiving with my Inlaws with Christmas with my family so that things would be at least a tad bit less hectic.
So anyhow Merry Merry Christmas, regardless where you happen to be in the world this morning (or in some cases night) I hope that you enjoy your family and have an amazing day!
I know I have been fairly neglectful of this blog so a quick update on my happenings. I am finally back scrapping. After a 2 month break (which oddly feels REALLY long) I think I Have managed to locate my mojo and am on the right track. This year one of my resolutions is def to not neglect my blog. A couple of my cts have been kind enough to reclaim me and I am having a blast. Its awesome to be able to take on my hobby with renewed interest and creativity. I am even feeling quite a bit more satisfied with my work now.
On the family front the kids are doing amazingly well. Lily is doing awesome in school and the boys are growing like weeds. They just had a birthday and Wesley turned four! Yes FOUR! And Noah is now 2. Why don't my babies wanna stay little for me LOL As of yesterday I was 22 weeks pregnant so this little bean is progressing nicely. I am starting to feel all the movement now as well as all the lovely pregnany aches and pains that come along with this stage of pregnancy. We find out what we are having January 5th so I am SO excited about that!!
Well I am going to try to relax a bit before we head out. Happy Holidays once again!!

Hello Everyone!

So its been quite a while since I have updated. I am now a little over 14 weeks and finally officially in my second trimester. I am feeling kinda blah but over all okay. Things have been great with my children. Lily has been having sort of a rough patch with the cold weather and her arthritis but she is such a trooper that I have faith she will pull through and do just fine. Wesley and Noah have been driving each other nuts. They both have birthdays coming up in November and then their party is next weekend so we have been keeping busy with that. They want a motorcycle theme so I have been looking everywhere for that kinda thing to decorate with. Why can't they pick a generic theme like most kids huh LOL.
I am so excited to take the kids trick-or-treating tonight. Lily is going to be a high school musical cheerleader. She cracks me up with her costume selection but I am actually really excited to see her in her costume. Its red and then we got little Ribbons to tie up in her pig tails and bobby socks and of course warm clothes to wear under neath cause its FREEZING here. Wesley is going to be spiderman. Thats his big thing right now. He is SO into spiderman. Noah is going to be a dinosaur cause the costume was super warm and well free. These times in the economy you gotta save what you can. Guess what I am gonna be?? You guessed it, a pregnant woman LOL. But I hope you all that celebrate have a happy, safe and fun halloween!
Baby C is doing amazing. I have started to feel little flutters of movement. The last doctors appt went well. The baby got SO big since the last one. We go back Nov 18th but I dont think we will find the sex out till Decemeber. I am hoping we do anyway. I am not above begging if not LOL.
I hope to update here and there. As most of you know I left ALL of my creative teams :( It was a very tough decision to make but I just really wasn't enjoying it as I wanted to and didn't want to short change my designers, fellow team members and I was feeling a bit burnt out myself. I miss everyone so much though. I will say its not permanent and I had quite a few of my designers offer to welcome me back whenever it is I am ready so I take comfort in that.
So I suppose I better get off this computer before the boys burn the house down or something equally scary LOL. Two small boys running around unattended can be a dangerous thing. I will try to post pictures at nap time. I have a fun ultrasound photo and a few of my kiddos.

We have a due date!

Well this will most likely be another short blog post. The boys are down for a nap and the house is somewhat clean so I am going to lay down and try to relax a bit before I have to get Lily off the bus.
We went to the doctors last week and got some good news! I am officially due on April 29th! We are about 7 weeks 5 days as of today. Things are great. I feel like crap but thats the first trimester and he said all the nausea is a good sign. We even got to see the little heartbeat. Now if only there was a way to scan the u/s photo on here. I tryed the picture of a picture thing but it just isnt looking great.
Anyhow told ya I would keep it short! I am so lucky to have not been kicked off of my creative teams yet because I have been a total flake. I still am getting these computer aversions and can't get anything done!

Morning Sickness is not my friend!

So I have been totally out of commission. This morning sickness is last pretty much all day and really giving me the strangest aversions! First I had some minor stomach issues and then I was having wicked computer aversions (still have those) I can not even sit at the computer longer then 5 minutes at a time so you know this is gonna have to be really short LOL! I have been insanely tired, trying to take care of three kids while not being able to really eat anything or sleep is just a recipe for disaster. Now I can only eat certain things. I cant even stand ginger ale which up until yesterday was all i could really drink so now Im down to watter, animal crackers and im craving chocolate but havent been brave enough to try it out yet. I had to completely give up coffee (prob yet another reason I am so dead tired!)
Really though I know this too shall pass and I will have a beautiful baby in my arms in less then a years time. Totally exciting! And I get to be pregnant and out of my first trimester for all the major holidays so I know I will more then make up for the food aversions then!
Anywho I hope you are all well! If Im not around a whole lot this month that is absolutely why. My time is up :)

Guess whos Finally Pregnant!!

Okay so Yes im late and most likely you already know LOL I am so excited to get to my first check up and see just how far along I am. If I had to guess I would say between 6 and 8 weeks and my due date would roughly be April but we will see when we get there. Life is fabulous aside from the morning sickness. My mojo has seemed to leave the building too. I just havent been nearly as motivated as I would like to be. Actually sitting on the computer for a while at a time tends to make me a bit dizzy.
I thought I would fly by and update. I totally have been meaning to give my blog a makeover too but Im pretty well lazy LOL So that will come later too I suppose!

Ick Rough Week

I don't know if its all the rainy weather here or what. Things have been kinda rough this past week! I have been really low on energy and my house is suffering for it. Really though I am blessed to have my health and beautiful family to get us by. Someway or another we always manage!
This weekend my baby cousin is having a graduation party! I dont see her often and when she called to let me know she would be starting college this fall I felt REALLY old LOL Yeah so I know I am only 25 but three kids will make ya feel way older then ya are lol!
Noah is just about weaned, I am so proud! He has been sleeping through the night in his brother's room and hes just being so amazing! I am kinda sad that the nursing is over and to be completely honest I even miss the cosleeping but he will be two in November so I knew it was time. On the up side I do hope this helps us finally get pregnant. I just ache for another child and am beyond ready for that!
Scrapping has kept me pretty busy, I have been trying at least to be on time and get everything done right. I hit a creative block for a little bit so it feels good to be excited about that again. I am fortunate enough to be on so many amazing teams though so its hard not to be inspired.
I am guesting for Digital Artist Magazine right now. Its such an opportunity of a lifetime. I am just over the moon and pretty surprised that they asked me. They are having an awesome blog party over there with some AMAZING prizes!! Check it out!

Sooooooooo this will most likely be a fly by! As Im sitting down here Noah is directly behind me pulling all the clothes out of my dresser! Nice huh LOL

These dang kids!

Okay technically its Dang this Kid LOL! Noah is outta control!! He thought for whatever reason it would be fun to dump a bottle of water on my cable modem! The plus side is the internet is working again but strangely enough my phone is not LOL. We have our phone service through the internet and everyones messaging me on myspace wondering why Im going straight to voicemail! Well yup its broken. But not surprising really cause there is ALWAYS something broken in this house lol! On a positive note Noah went poppie on the potty!! Okay a little bit of over share, I sure hope you weren't eating LOL But Yay for us!! Hes been sleeping the room with Wes too, double yay for us! Now all we need is my house to clean itself and we are good to go!
Friday night is supposed to be Girls night here. Me and my bestfriend were gonna paint the town, probably somewhere like super walmart LOL Nice huh. Hey shopping without kids is always welcome around here. I honestly don't know if I am feeling up to going out though. I guess Jess just lost a friend to a motorcycle accident so I don't know if shes up for it either. My husband just bought a motorcycle not to long a go and whenever I hear about these things I just get this sick feeling. Remind me again why I let Wes talk me into this. I try to be supportive but its eating me up. My mother in law messaged me tonight and mentioned she heard about a crash in our area on the news and said they were worried about Wes and it just doesn't help. I know she means well but I already have to live with these thoughts. The reinforcement isn't helping.
SOOO on a happy note, okay bittersweet note, Lily heads back to school in August so we get to do all the super fun school shopping! Im so excited! Im sad she will be going full day though! Shes really a joy to have around the house. We decided not to send Wes to preschool though. We are going to keep him here one more year and then he can go to preschool when he is four. I just dont think either one of us is really ready yet.
Well I better get my butt in bed. I have a couple layouts to do tomorrow, I was super productive today! I got FIVE layouts done, isnt that insane!! FIVE! Im proud of myself but wondering if Im bordering on addiction LOL.

Four Jobs I've Held:
Okay so this is a toughy being I have stayed home with my kids since my oldest daughter was born! So its been what six years now LOL

The four that I do remeber is

1. Fred's Shanty- this was my ultimate favorite place to eat growing up! I got a job there when I was newly sixteen! Doesn't get much better then free soft serve ice cream right!

2. TJ Maxx- This was probably my longest job LOL. It was roughly a year and I was pregnant with Lily at the time. Im telling you working Christmas time in retail Pregnant is not for the faint of heart!

3. Holiday Inn- I was a server for their resteraunt and occasionally picked up tables in the bar. Nothing to special.

4. Old Navy- Your typical highschool retail job. The discount was cool.

Thats the first 4 that really come to mind :)

Four Movies I Could Watch Over and Over:

1. The Godfather- It was my dads favorite movie and it totally rubbed off! Amazing movie!

2. Knocked up- Totally adorable, I love this one!

3. Gone Baby Gone- I have a thing for thrillers!

4. Titanic- Yes its sappy and I love it!

Four Places I've Lived:

I have pretty much lived the same place all my life :) Wont disclose where though for safety reasons.

Four TV Shows I Like:

1. CSI- Miami I have such a crush on horatio I know im weird!
2. So you think you can dance- Newly addicted!

Its Monday, dreaded Monday LOL. My kids are pretty mellow, knock on wood! So I have managed to find a little time to hop on here! Not much going on here. I am just trying to get some scrapping done. That will mostly come at nap time! I have a laundry list of things that need to get done today. Definitely need to go grocery shopping, my cabinets are looking pretty scarce these days. We have been eating take out much more then I care to admit! Its been really dreary and rainy the past week or so and today is not supposed to be any different so I am hoping to get out of this house while its decent. Wes had to take the car today though because of the weather so I have to wait for him to get outta work first.

I have been stalking the photography forums and what not just trying to learn all that I can. I admit it gets pretty intimidating sometimes. There is so much talent out there and trying to find your place is kinda scary! I am in no rush though. I just really enjoy the craft and know in time I will get there.

I am officially addicted to the show so you think you can dance! I havent been watching and a fellow sugarbabe turned me back onto it and now I have been watching it on youtube all hours of the night LOL.

Alrighty well off to get some housework done, just felt the need to check in! Have a fabulous day!

Okay so whats the excitement about.. Its Tuesday right LOL, well I just figure Im glad its not Monday! Yesterday was SO insanely busy! I had a house that was in desperate need of some elbow grease, then we sold our 57" television (well one of them) my husbands a nut... to his uncle and we had to lug that down three flights of stairs! Yes we as in my husband and I! I am stronger then I give myself credit for apparently. We decided we needed something smaller for our bedroom so we decided to niche the one in our room. I mean who needs a fifty-seven inch television in their room?? The mojo gurus would be horrified LOL. Don't they say its awful to even have a tv in the bedroom.
Sooo anywho. The kids are doing great. Things have been SO busy around here. Last month we had a lot of family issues :( My fifteen year old sister was jumped by four men while standing outside a general store. They were trying to rob her but she had no pockets and her friends were in the store with her money. Can you believe this all happened in broad daylight too!! It was only noon! Anyhow they have found the parties responsible and hopefully they are on the ball finally! I was VERY dissapointed at the pace the police were moving in her town. You would think that a young girl is attacked like that ( to the point she was put in the hospital with a shattered nose and a concussion) they would be all over it let alone there would be SOMETHING on the news!!
As for Lily her arthritis finally seems to be going back into remission. The new med schedule is doing wonders for her and I am so proud of her! Shes such a strong girl! The boys are getting big. Crazy as always. They are a hoot though. Still ttc but I know I have to get Noah off the boob before anything is gonna happen. I hope to have him weaned by his second birthday. I would have never guessed in a million years I would ever nurse this long. Its been an amazing journey for us! My husband has been so incredible and supportive!
I am still working on my photography skills! I hope to get a business started eventually, honestly I am just VERY intimidated. Excited but intimidated! I have my xti for now but am going to upgrade to the 5d the beginning of next year and grab myself a couple l-series lenses. What can I say, Im a canon girl!
The scrapping is coming along beautifully. It has become such an amazing creative outlet for me. Not only that but I have made some wonderful friends along the way. Time really has been flying. I can not believe I have been scrapping for six months already. Alright so those of you that bave been doing it for years are probably laughing at me right now LOL. Yes I guess it is only six months but with my attention span that is just nothing short of a miracle. I can see myself doing this for years and years to come!
I was tagged a while back, I am gonna come back to post that tonight while my kids are in bed. I am shocked I have gotten on long enough to post this LOL. I would love to share a couple photos though and maybe a scrap page or two if you dont mind!

Its been a while!

Okay so I feel awful! I havent posted in so long, I cant even remeber the last one!! I have been so bogged down with my personal life, things have been kinda rough for us, especially in June so I am hoping that July brings many more GOOD things for us! The kids are doing much better now. Growing like crazy and getting into everything! We are also still trying to conceive with no luck. But thats okay because I have come to realize when its Gods time it will be our time too! When its meant to be it will be!
So scrapbooking is going wonderfully though I am so very behind. I can not say how much I appreciate all the designers that have put up with me. I have had to leave quite a few teams to keep up with demand and that was very disheartning but I think at some point you learn that real life DOES come first and your family always needs to be first priority. I suppose when you are addicted to the internet its easy to lose track of that though LOL.
I also JUST noticed I have been tagged so I promise to take care of that right away. Im so excited to play!
Anyhow I just wanted to update quickly. I PROMISE to be better and will be back soon with a much more detailed post. Dont want to bore you guys to tears LOL.

My blog is in desperate need of attention lol! I have been slacking and I have been wanting to come and never make it over!! So many wonderful things have happened for me regarding the digi community since I last posted!!

For starters I am a SUGARBABE!! And I made the CT at thedigichick as well!!! Life is so good. My two dream gigs, and I honestly am waiting for someone to pinch me!! I have been dreaming. NSD was awesome. I picked up so many good things. I totally raided Annie (Paint the moon's store) at Oscraps! I had been dieing to try her gorgeous designs out for so long and was well broke as a joke LOL! I haven't gotten to scrap yet but I just can't say enough about the quality of work!! Love her, Im def a new diehard fan. Okay not new but I have her stuff finally new lol!

What else, well the kids are doing fabulous! They are getting so big! Lilys birthday is this month and I still can not believe she is turning SIX!! Yes where is the time going? Noah thinks he is six but anyone that knows that probably isnt to surprised lol!

Well I have to get Lily ready for the bus stop and we are already fighting over wardrobe and such so I need to get on he ball. Not gonna be an easy peasy day LOL!

I am going for it!! I applied for the Sweet Shoppes call for their creative team!! I am SO nervous!!! I also am playing a little blog game today called FOBTY. Peace and Quiet

Ahhhh its gorgeous out and the house is empty!! Not that I dont miss everyone like crazy but I woke up this morning and felt like death. I had the worst headache and just felt totally drained! Anyhow we had made plans with the inlaws and Wes offered to take all three kids up and let me rest. So while I am not feeling a hundred percent, I def am enjoying a little break! Especially because I have been a bit overwhelmed lately. Lilys arthritis is flaring up yet again. We are super stressed. So we have to take her back up to see her specialist asap. Also Lily is going to be SIX!! Not till May but we have to start planning like right now because I am a total procrastinator and it will never get done on time otherwise! She wants a highschool musical party, with a flower cake LOL At least its not Cinderella. She had suggested it again but we have had a cinderella/disney princess party EVERY year but one since she was born lol. Its getting a little old. My husband also has a May bday, along with Mothers day, my brothers bday, my sister in laws birthday and my grandfathers birthday. Its usually a VERY very busy month!!
Ohhhh and I got the cutest picture of Noah at the park the other day! I am going to have to show it off!!
Okay well gotta go clean up a little. It would be a shame if I didnt take advantge of being able to get something done around here!!

Oh and Mary I had seen you commented about being in Connecticut too how awesome. Im rought about an hour away from the Hartford area!! I tryed to get to your blog but it wouldn't let me.

Things have been going so well for me lately!! I am really really loving the digiscrap world. Its just such a group of wonderful warm women. The community has been so good to me and I have been fortunate to make a few new friends. I am guesting for Jofia this month which is an absolutely DREAM and have landed myself on some fabulous CT's. Not to name drop but OMG FLERGS!! Yep Im shocked but she actually asked lil ol me to be on her creative team!! Im also loving Cinnamon Designs, (Their products are amazingly fun and easy to use) and Kitty Chen!! Shes just SUCH an artist!! I have had layouts posted on the standouts blog THREE times now, its crazy!! And if I thought I couldn't handle any more excited I am the current featured scrapper at DST and am being highlighted in their insider for the month of May. (Speaking of I really need to fill out their questionaire for me!)
As for life outside of Scrapbooking, well things are good there too just insanely busy. The weather is getting nicer and we are spending more time out of the house. Wes's hours have been much much better so we have gotten to spend lots of family time with him. We are still TTC no luck there yet but hopefully soon enough!! All good things come to those who wait right! I cant believe Lily is going to be SIX next month! Where is the time going!!
Well I have so much housework to do! Im going to post a couple recent layouts, its been a while!! And then I have to get my butt in gear!!

Spring cleaning has began officially!! We are getting ready to start putting a clothes pile together to donate to good will and I am struggling at parting ways with some of the baby clothes. We just dont have the space for them though!!

So today one of Lily's girlfriends from school had a party at Chuck E. Cheese! It really was nice to get out the house and the kids had a blast but Noah. Omg that kid is just soooo antsy. He didn't want to eat, he just wanted to be down and into everything. Okay so now heres where you are thinking well duh Sarah, its a kids place. Well my son is a bully. All almost eighteen months of him LOL. So he was running around trying to steal peoples tokens and take their tickets. I had to chase him to protect other peoples kids LOL.

Its almost 1 am and can you believe I am thinking of putting coffee on. I am just in such a scrappy mood!!

A couple big announcements for me too!! I am an official CT Girl for Cinnamon Designs!! I made the cut. I am just so thrilled. They are amazing. I also am an official Sunshine Sweetie!! I mean okay so I was but now that the calls over and what not I can announce it officially I suppose. I love the Sunshine girls so Its such a privledge to design for them! I also really look forward to making new friends and meeting new people!!

Tomorrow I am gonna post a few new photos. I really need to get better about taking more too. I was so upset my camera battery died today at the party!!

Well Noah is lightly sleeping so I am going to try and lay him down so I can relax a bit. Maybe I will have that coffee!!

School Spirit!

This week is School Spirit Week for Lillian! Today is pajama day and its actually crazy that shes grown out of most her cute pjs and all she really has is knock arounds. Thank goodness we found something half decent but I wish she woulda said something BEFORE the night before LOL. I woulda bought something and at least pretended like we have a house full of adorable pajamas!
Yeterday I met my brothers for the first time. It went so well and I am so glad they finally get an idea of where we live and basically our lifestyle. Its crazy they go to school in the same town I live in and I had no idea they were so close! I will say it was a bit tense as I think we were all a bundle of nerves but that is to be expected of course. Its unfamiliar territory for all of us! They are so sweet though, their mom did such a fantastic job raising them! I am so glad we are all finally in touch. Next time around I am definitely going to them so that they may feel a bit more in their element though. I know its just going to take time. I have a very sweet picture of them I was fortunate to take while they were over here.
Lily also lost her first tooth!! Can you believe the tooth fairy is giving out five bucks around here LOL! When I was kit I was lucky if I got two nickels to rub together!! She is so sweet with her little tooth missing. It seems like she was just getting them though and now shes already losing them!!
I am so unmotivated today.I still need to get myself and the boys dressed to take Lily to the bus stop, pick up the house and figure out what I am cooking for dinner tonight. I cant wait for the weekend to hurry up and get here. Fortunately the weather here has been really nice the past few days. I love getting my camera out with all the natural light at the bus stop!!
Anyhow gonna post a couple of pictures and hopefully get something accomplished!

My own Easter Miracle!

Wow what an eventful couple of days I just had! I was sitting on myspace on Friday (I think it was Friday) and I was fairly bored. A little background info... I have a biological father that is well deadbeat and I wish to do nothing with him. He left when I was two because he was abusive and my mom finally stood up for herself. He came back for roughly six months when I was 10 years old and I decided for myself I just did not want to pursue a relationship with this man. He just isnt a good person. Anyhow I remebered him just having a baby with my then stepmother Pam and I have thought often of him. I knew I had at least one brother out there. So back to this weekend..
I was on Myspace and got to thinking that my brother would be about 15 now (I have a sister this age from my mom) and what teenager does not have myspace right. So I typed his name in the friend search and sure enough a fifteen year old with the same name popped up. I was shocked! So I sent a friends request and hoped he answered (only his friends could send him messages) I was so excited he accepted! I messaged him after taking some time to work up the courage (but not much lol) and all the information fit! AND I have TWO brothers. He has a younger brother by our father. So I am totally elated. I spoke on the phone with them for roughly an hour or so on Easter Morning! They are coming over to meet us for the first time on Tuesday. I am so excited and nervous and just one big ball of emotions!
Anyhow thought I would share my joy. Its not everyday you find a sibling I suppose! (or two!)

Easter was wonderful, we took the kids to a gorgeous State Park here for some photos. They were pretty miserable lol. I dont get down there often. I just wish it wasn't so cold. Normally its so much fun to be down there but with the wind blowing and the kids in somewhat dressy clothes (well except Wes) he wouldnt put them on for me, it just was a recipie for disaster.

We then went to mom's for dinner with the whole family and I hadn't really visited with my family in months so it was really really nice. Our brakes on our car just went so we are waiting on Thursday when our mechanic can get to them so my grandfather is nice enough to lend us one of his cars.

Okay well Im gonna post a couple over do photos and then off to get these kids ready so Lily can get to school!

Hello!! I hope you are all gearing up for a wonderful holiday! We are all set, the Easter Bunny is ready to make his appearance for the kiddys and we are trying to get everything all set for tomorrow. We are heading out to take pictures hopefully and I have to run and get some last minute things so I am curious as to whether the store will be open tomorrow! I know shame on me!

CT Appreciation Week!!

Wow What a wonderful surprise!! I am very fortunate to be on so many wonderful cts. Some think I am nuts LOL But I so happen to be excellent at both multi tasking and well scrapping fast. So it just kinda works. Anyhow today a few of the incredible designers I CT for designed me and a BUNCH of other ladies in the digiscrapping world with an enormous, and I do mean enormous, (it took me ALL day to download) Gorgeous collab kit from many of the incredbly talented designers in the scrap community!! What a wonderful surprise. I am absolutely OVER the moon. I am def going to start scraping my little heart out the moment I get a free well, moment LOL.
I have to get my entry done tonight hopefully for the adsr as well. I have done okay keeping up to this point and its really important I get it outta the way.

So on to something terrifying and completely non scrap related!

Me and Wes were watching a movie on the couch and the kids were playing quietly in Lillian's bedroom. I had dozed off during the movie and I woke up to my husband practically SCREAMING for me. So I ran into the hallway trying to figure out where everyone was. I heard all the commotion coming from Lillians room and I walked into find Noahs body contorted between two dresser drawers. The dresser had completely toppled onto his tiny little body. I thought I was going to throw up. I was panicked. We had ankered it to the wall but not right apparently and he decided to climb up. Incredibly enough theres on tiny scratch on his back and thats all. Hes completely okay. Hes actually frustrated because he wants to be down running around. So I am going to be up late tonight just keeping him up as late as possible and keeping an eye on him.

Anyhow I may be back later to post some layouts, depends on whether or not I have a moments free :)

A Scrappers Worst Nightmare

Okay so I am officially a internet junkie LOL!! My computer completely crapped out on me. The mother board fried and my husband was kind enough to buy me a new one! Anyhow I was super fortunate to have had a second hard drive with all my scrapping stuff minus my fonts on it. THey managed to salvage my files, pictures etc. So I am pretty much in the clear. However the amount o things you miss in four days is just mind blowing. I have so much to do and catch up on as well and OMG I am telling ya the internet withdrawals were just awful. I was bored out of my mind. I was also getting pretty cranky LOL!! Now I have to dig myself out from all this work and hope I can get something done. I also have about 100 emails to respond to, Okay Im not that popular..LOL But I do have a good many. I managed to get a few of my fonts all set tonight so tomorrow im going to try to play catch up and see how many layouts I can crack out!
Well Its almost 5 am here and I seriously need sleep!!

Its been a while

Just stopping in to say a quick hello. Things are good here. The kids have been doing their normal thing. Lillian is finally about to lose her first tooth! We are SO excited for her. I am honestly a tiny bit nervous to touch it lol which is strange because I remeber my mom offering to yank mine right out LOL! I am wondering what the going rate for the tooth fairy is these days. I know my friend Jess said the tooth fairy brought her son ten bucks, well the tooth fairy around here is BROKE lol!
We are probably going to put Wes in preschool next year. We got a paper from his school saying if he was born before Jan of 09 he was eligable. I just have to remeber to call! That is on my to do list tomorrow!
And still not pregnant but I am also still weaning so I suppose thats probably why.

Okay well I hate to keep it short. I am beat!

I am SO excited!! This is my first time ever! Its amazing because I actually wanted to try something a little cleaner in design then I normally do and wasn't sure about the layout over all so I was completely SHOCKED when I received a pm over at DST! I am absolutely over the moon though!! What an honor!! I am totally head over heels for DST! The community is fantastic!! Everyone is so warm and giving. Things are rolling pretty well! I tryed to get my layout in time for the super fun challenge up coming at ScrapMatters, I actually really enjoyed doing this one!! Be on the lookout, your gonna love it too I am sure!!

As for non scrap related things, well today I am afraid is just one of those days. Lillian woke up this morning and is having a bit of a rough day. Her arthritis is flaring a tiny bit, not as bad as usual though. The kids are pretty rowdy too. I have absolutely NO idea how I am managing to sit here and type this out at all LOL. Oh and for some odd reason we arent getting any hot water and I am in need of a shower pretty badly! Lily has school at noon time and I hate to go to the bus stop like this, might scare the other mom away LOL!! I will just have to take a perfume bath and hope it suffices I suppose until I can call the rental office here and get maitenance to come check it out for me. Guess a perk of living in an apartment.

Wes's hours are still insane, he should be going back to normal hours soon, we just dont know when for sure. Boy do I miss my husband though. You know its exhausting to be with the kids from wake up to bed time but I dont mind it. Im there mom and I just manage. I just genuinely love having him here. I miss him so much when hes gone a lot.

Ah well better wrap this up. I hear Wesley's sing song tattle tail voice so I have no doubt someone is getting into something they should not be!

So Tomorrows Monday

Can't say I love Monday's. Especially because it seems we finally got through last week. These hours are wearing on me then I would like to admit. I do have a sense of control and pride. Being able to hold the fort down while Wes is gone all those long hours. Hes actually been on 8 am to 8 pm. Its just insanity. We all have our health though and the bills are ALMOST getting paid on time LOL So I suppose there could be worse right!
So this weather is just all over the place! Its been nice and then freezing. I do look forward to getting out tomorrow though! We really really need the fresh air. My poor kids are going stir crazy!
Things are really moving along with my Creative Teams. I have got two layouts done at Plain Digital Wrapper. I have one done at ScrapMatters, One done for Royanna, One done for Mandy (shes from digital candy, SUCH a sweetheart) I also have the first three challanges done for the ADSR and I have been doing some sweetshoppe challanges as well. Well with Wes being back to work on a normal schedule as of last Monday and me trying to fall back into a normal routine again I am finally getting a sense of normalcy again. I totally miss Wes while he is gone all day however I am fairly proud of myself for having things under control.
Scrapping is going well too!! I am LOVING being on the ScrapMatters team! Having access to all their glorious products is just heaven!! I actually just finished my first layout. Its not really part of my assignment yet but I was just itching to play!! Its at the top of the page. The credits are directly under it!
Okay well I have to get started on dinner. I am SO excited american Idols on tonight!

Can't Sleep!

If I was smart I would be sleeping LOL But I just cant fall asleep. Wes is on the couch tonight. Noah is still cos leeping and was wild so Wes took his pillow and alarm clock in the living room. Needless to say everyone is sleeping peacefully but me. I hate sleeping away from Wes!

Anyhow I forgot to mention earlier!! I made ScrapMatters CT!! I am so excited! They are so wonderful and I am such a lucky gal!! Whats even better is I am finally healthy enough to enjoy scrapping again.

On the Mend

Well the kids and myself have managed to get better for the most part. i have NO idea how but Wes pretty much dodged the bullet all together. I will say that probably was the worst I have been sick since I can remeber! I would not wish that on anyone!!

The wake was very nice. I didnt attend the funeral as we could not find a babysitter for the kids but Wes did prety well and told me it was beautiful. I was actually a bit frustrated with my family. I got a very weird vibe when we asked my mom to babysit for the wake and it turned me off so much I just didnt even bother for the funeral. I just dont want my kids going somewhere they aren't seemingly one hundred percent welcome. I dont know what to think really about the whole situation. As a whole it was very strange. My sister tends to put words in peoples mouths as well so I hate to be quick to blame my mom as well.

I am SO behind on everything. Tomorrow when Wes gets back to work and Lillian is in school I have a lot of scrapping to do. I have decided to take a hiatus from siggies all together. They are very time consuming and really I am just in a bit of a creative funk so I figured I would distantance myself for a couple weeks or so and come back hopefully strong, fresh and full of new ideas and inspiration. I take my work very seriously so I dont want to give anyone anything half assed. I just dont feel like it represents who I am.

Well I am gonna post a couple photos then I need to start cleaning up. My house has suffered big time recently!

Oh and the young lady is my sister. Shes always posing so I thought I would take advantage LOL

Jeez I feel like I am being SUCH a downer this past week huh. I am SO sorry. I just thought I would update on Wesley's grandfather as new information as been recently made available. First let me say thank you so much for all of you that sent prayers and best wishes or even kept us in your thoughts. Things have most certainly been quite the roller coaster ride for his poor terry pa! Wes recieved a phone call from his mother tonight. Apparently they called the end of life counsler in to speak to his family. He has slipt back under recently and needed the machines once again to breath. With no results they have decided to take him off the machines all together. Unfortunately we are going to lose an incredible man. I am completely shocked. I have tryed to convince Wes to get down to the hospital and say his goodbyes. He is a lot more sensitive then he likes to show though and I know he won't. I suppose I can understand his reasoning though. He loved his Terry Pa VERY dearly and does not want to remeber his last moments with him in this condition. If I may say quickly though in the near decade Wes and I have been together I have found his grandfather to be an incredible and sweet man. I am really kicking myself now for us not visiting and forming more of a bond with him as well as the kids getting to know him a bit better. Of course there is no such thing as going back so I have to embrace the sad fact and try to learn with those we are blessed to have in our lives now.
Anyhow again thank you so much for keeping us in your thoughts. I thought I would let you all know :)

The Neverending Flu Bug

Well it was LAST Tuesday poor little Wes came down with this rotten flu bug going around. Wednesday it Spread to Lily and then Thursday to me and Noah. It is now SUNDAY and we are all still sick!! Its amazing how the same virus has affected us all so differently! Wesley has been a trooper. He has been sickest the longest and has done extremely well considering. He just sleeps and sleeps. But he is a smart boy and knows his rest is important. Lillian has little to no immune system to begin with because of her medications so we have really kept our eyes peeled with her. I have been extremely nervous. She started with stomach flu like symptoms such as throwing up and that lasted a couple days. Now its more of a cough and she seems to be really sore. Noah has had every symptom under the sun from your common cold to every stomach ailment thinkable. He has probably been hit the hardest. He is very congested today and I have put some vicks baby rub on his chest and given him some infants motrin. As for me I have been through it all as well and it hasnt been easy caring for three small children on my own and trying to get better myself. This morning I woke up and my throat was searing. It hurt so bad I didnt want to breath. I did some research on the internet for natural remedies and stumbled across some articles on apple cider vinegar. I had some i bought for weight loss purposes right after I had Noah that I never really used so I put a few tablespoons in a cup of tea and my throat feels MUCH better. I am going to sip through out the day and hope it works. Only draw back is it tastes horrible so I know it would be a shot in hell before my kids took it. I was up praying all night hoping that this would all be over in the morning and the kids would at least be healthy but fat chance. I actually spoke to my mom today and she said she is getting a lot of overtime at work because so many people are calling out sick. Its definitley going around. Well Lillian is up and hungry and crying. At least she has an appetite though, good sign.

This year is just NOT great at all. My kids are still sick (surprise I know I posted that what 6 hours a go LOL) and Noah is getting worse as the day wears on as well. I am feeling very hot and shaky and naseaus. We have all been sleeping the day off for the most part. I am DIEING for wes to get here. We are fresh outta medicine so the poor kids are miserable. We are out of diapers so I had to throw a size ONE on my one year old lmao, I should take a picture. its kinda funny. We are also slacking off in the grocery department so there isnt anything really to eat till Saturday. You ask why Saturday right. Well Wes works funky hours. He works from 10 am to 7:30 pm. By then the groceries wont be ready (we shop from the website) and hes way to spent to go grocery shopping by the time he gets outta work. So tonight he has to stop at the store pick up sufficient food for tomorrow, get some diapers and medicine. He wont be home till about 9 if not later and in the mean time I have to watch my poor kids suffer. I would call for him to leave early but he had to call out Monday and Tuesday due to an ankle sprain so his job won't let him miss anymore work. Wes, the car and the money are all about 30 minutes away so there isnt anything I can do till he gets here. Ah well maybe if we all try to sleep a bit more he will be home by the time we are waking up!

So far Lily and little Wes are both sick right now. Lillian came home from school pretty tired yesterday and by bedtime her fever had spiked to 103. She is still pretty warm now. I feel so bad for her, poor thing. Little Wes's fever is pretty much gone but he is sill VERY tired. Right now all three kids are sleeping again, including Noah so I am seriously hoping he isnt going to be sick too! He feels a bit warm. It didn't help Im sure, dragging them out into the pouring rain yesterday to get Lillian to school. I want to keep her home today but the poor child is SO excited about valentines day. Wes surprised her with disney princess valentines to give out to her friends at school and she even slept with them last night. I know Holidays are especially exciting for kids when it comes to school because they get to have their little classroom parties! So now I have to find a way to break her the news that she is going to be staying home w/o breaking her little heart. Even now shes in my bed and I can hear her sniffling and groaning in her sleep :( These kids are just so pitiful!

So I banged out another layout last night. I am SO going to be miss being Karah Frederick's guest. She is TOTALLY amazing and her stuff is so wonderful to work with. Whiney House Blues

The weather today is horrendous. It really is miserable out today. And to compound it in about 2 hours I have to take all three kids out in the cold, dark rainy day. Little Wes is already sick so Im a tad worried however Lillian really just can not afford to miss school. She is already a bit behind and needs to be there as much as possible. We have tryed really hard to raise her so that her disability doesn't hinder or restrict her in anyway. We really want her to have a normal childhood and when she is in remission you would never know she has a disability. I guess this weather just really grinds on her joints and you can see it get progressively worse in this winter season.

Wes was home for two days. He hurt himself playing basketball Sunday Afternoon and had a hard time getting around so he called out of work Monday and Tuesday. Hes back today and I seriously miss having him around here. Even though it was only a couple of days its amazing how much closer we get when he has a little more time with us. His job sucks up so much of his family time, and well when you have three small children to feed I cant really complain.

So on a good note there are some wonderful things going on with digiscrappin for me!!! I got a gallery stand out at dst! Its my second now and it feels so good!! I will def post the layout. Pamela Gibson from Polka Dot Potato had a little contest for us that is ending today and I got the layout in last night. I think making all the siggys has really helped me multi task cause I am LOVING being on these creative teams and having the opportunity to grow and learn from so much talent!! And what a friendly community!! I am totally hooked!

I have also been working still on my photography. Christine, a woman that I have known since I was pregnant with y middle son Wes, has been kind enough to really help me a long. She is SUCH a sweetheart. I changed a few things on my camera and the difference is amazing!

I am going to post a layout and a couple pictures and then I really need to figure out what to do about these kids. I need to start getting Lillian ready for school :)

Fresh Outlook!

Well Change is on the horizon. I am doing better and I can not help but feel things will continue to look up. I have been doing a bit of purging recently, trying to let in the good and outlet the negativity and its showing. Sure there are things that can and should be preserved but I am doing my best trying to distinguish the two.

Scrap wise things are WONDERFUL! I am awaiting news on a couple of creative teams I have recently applied for. In the meantime I have been offered to be on a couple wonderful ones. I am sure you can see by the blinkies to the right.

I am going to have to keep this short as we had a long night with Lillian and Noah is starting to wake up. I do want to share a few new pictures and a layout or two though!

It is 5:16 am and everyone in this house is out cold, well everyone with exception of Me! Even Noah isn't trying to hang off by boob and is sleeping soundly enough. (watch now that I said it he is definitley going to wake up!)

Wes's grandfather apparently took a turn for the worse. He had some kind of stroke and the doctors let Wes's family know that he is a do not recessitate in his will. They think theres nothing else they can do for him. Wes even ended up calling out of work. This is all just so hard on him. My heart just breaks, not knowing what to do to help!

I have a couple new pictures and tomorrow I will be posting some scrapping news and a couple new layouts I am eager to show off! I am going to attempt to sleep for now! Being up this late is SO bad cause I just want to eat eat eat!

Whatta Day

Seriously its only almost 1 pm LOL. The morning was actually fairly fluid. The kiddys got up and got breakfast without a hitch. Lillian's arthritis was even doing a bit better considering its snowing here today. Really it was trying to get them all dressed for the bus stop that triggered the crankies. Noah wasn't getting enough attention for his liking so he decided to pitch a fit while i was trying to shove Wesley's high top on his feet (which was NOT cooperating I might add because I decided to double up on his socks on account of the snow) Lillian was blasting Cinderella 3 which we have now seen umm maybe 30 times! I figured some fresh air would do these monkeys some good. So we get out the house and to the bus stop and the boys are EVERYWHERE. Running up and down the handicap ramp near the main office. Sitting in the mud. It was mayhem. But that wasn't even really the icing on the cupcake. Wesley I guess made up his mind that he was going to the park. I tryed the I am gonna walk away and you will follow in a panicked state...ummm no not with my son. He said "See ya", turned on his heels and beelined for the swings. While I was a good 15 feet away I might add. So Noah, Camera bag and misc toys in hand I took off after him. (Boy the neighbors got an eyeful.) I caught up to find him standing there almost testing me. He knew not to go all the way to the swings but got far enough to expect a reaction. Flustered I tryed to reposition everything so I could haul him up the three flights of steps to my house. Its amazing though how a three year old has the ability to turn their bodies to jello. So I tryed to put Noah down to pick up Wes and Noah trys to dash off to the forbidden parking lot. So I snatched him by his coat hood. Finally I manged to get the bags on my back and the kids under each arm. We made it to the steps when I just couldn't hold Wesley squirming like that any longer. It made me nervous tackling the stairs with the two boys. So I put Wes down hoping to regain my composure and have maybe an ounce of dignity left as there is now a small audience I am sure. He sits right on the bottom step and refuses to budge. So I had to AGAIN reposition everything, lift the boys up and strain up three flights of stairs and through 2 different doors. Finally we made it in the apartment and he went RIGHT in his room. However now he is screaming loud enough for the next three blocks to know he is in time out. On the up side Noah is finally sleeping (Hanging off my boob) But sleeping. I swear I thought this kid was gonna wean at one lol but thats a whole different story.
ANYWHO! Wes is working from 8 am to 7:30 pm which means he wont be home till 8. I love having him home so its frustrating. Plus I have to get Lil off the bus at 3:30 so I get to repeat the above mentioned again in a few short hours LOL. Yah Woe is me, I know LOL

I have NO idea what to think right now LOL. I am excited but a bit dissapointed. Gotta love technology eh?! lol. I was browsing on some of the digi scrap blogs and saw something that really took me aback. Canon is releasing a newer model of the Rebel XTI. Now I LOVE my Rebel but wow I woulda waited another couple of months to get a newer model. Its totaly worth the extra couple hundred bucks. I suppose next year I will upgrade because its good to have two of everything when pursuing photography but honestly I may be ready for something a bit less entry level by then anyhow. I dont know I still absolutely LOVE my new camera. I just well want the new one. Plus the new one goes off of sd cards which is what I had always been familiar with up until recently . So I wouldn't miss this CF card I have had to use recently. Yuck lol.
My kids were insanely rowdy today! It was insane. At one point little Wes even threw a battery off of Lillian's head. I dont know if its something in the chocolate milk or what!
Ah well I suppose I will relax with all the kids finally being in bed and Wes at basketball.

OMG Best Customer Service Experience!!

So today I was working on something and realised when I purchased the kit I had forgotten to download the papers. Oops!! I was so upset with myself for being so careless. It was the animal crackers kit by Kelly Thompson at Scrapbook-Bytes. This kit is SERIOUSLY cute! Anyhow I found the TOU in the elements folder and emailed her. Not only did she get back to me SUPER SUPER quick but she also let me redownload the kit for free!! And she was super sweet and friendly to boot. I am totally impressed. I cant wait to do more business with her in the future. And I mean seriously look how cute this kit is! Its also only 4.99 SUCH a steal!!

So today it was POURING and freezing rain to boot. My poor kids were freezing waiting for Lillians bus to come. Wes's hours are kicking my butt. I have to get her off and pick her up and when the weather is nasty I feel bad for the boys sitting out in the cold. I cant wait for spring at this point I think. We also got Lily's first report card and Im a little stress because she is below grade level right now so we are doing all we can to work with her.

I am LOVING my camera. Its incredible. Even my husband is in awe! I def have to share pictures. I keep saying I am going to and then well I am lazy lol.

Oh and we are STILL trying to concieve. Not pregnant yet. I did end up testing. Hopefully soon cross your fingers (and toes if you can) for us. I am trying not to get discouraged. Well suppose thats all from the nut factory LOL

Rainy Mood

Well today it is cold, gray and rainy outside and I hate to admit it but my mood is pretty much on par with the weather. Its not that there is anything particularly horrible going on I just have a bunch of house work to do and well this weather makes me want to crawl in bed with a gigantic glass of hot chocolate and switch back and forth from day time show to day time show lol.
Lilys bus driver was late AGAIN. They are supposed to be here at ten after and she doesn't normally make it till 12:30 sometimes later. With it being freezing and rainy out Lilys arthritis is already acting up but I feel so bad for the kid when its compounded by standing outside in the muck. And she wanted to sit so badly but everything was sopping. I was tempted to whisk her home and call the school but shes already missed ten days due to her arthritis so I just hate for her to continue to miss a lot of school. I really want her to have a happy normal childhood and would hate for her to remeber being the "absent" kid all the time.
On a good note the boys are in a great mood and its just about nap time around here so I can tackle the siggys I have in progress and get some scrapping done (of course after I clean my house) Everything is covered in some sort of sticky substance LOL. My kids find the most unusual ways to make a mess I swear.
I also did another layout! I am so totally hooked. I got this GORGEOUS kit from from Sweet Shoppe called Lullabee. its from MandaBean and Robin Carlton. They make an excellent team! I love love love how it really helped capture Noah's sweet innocence while he was sleeping. (Cause we all know I would never string the words sweet and innocense together while this kid is awake LMAO)
Well off to get somethings done around here before Lil gets outta school. Wes is workin off shift so i have had to get her off and pick her up myself. Not fun with three kids.

Well I am in scrap heaven! I have been really busy between the siggys and the scrapping and its such an incredible creative outlet for me. I am insanely ADDICTED! I actually just applied for my second creative team and I am SO excited to hear back. Whether yay or nay I am just really stoked to even get the opportunity to apply.

Wes's grandfather is doing a bit better. He is actually speaking a small bit. Things are finally looking up and I cant thank those enough that have been here for me and have helped in prayer and even just in friendship.

I am LOVING my new camera. I finally have my Canon Digital Rebel XTI. I bought a few excellent lenses as well and my kids are so sick of their mamarazzi already lol! Its amazing what a good camera with do for ya though! I love photography anyhow so really its all just kinda hand in hand.

Oh and speaking of my kids my daughter had her first real kindergarten friend sleepover!! They were just adorable! She was so sweet in sharing and playing nice. I can't believe my little girl is old enough for this stuff though. its just mind blowing!!

The Waiting Game & a SALE!

Today I am feeling admittedly better. Theres a lot going on around here with income tax on the brink and a laundry list of things I am ready to shop for. I am SO excited. My camera is only an email away. We did H&R blocks rapid refund this year and our money should be in today. They have this thing now called an Emerald Card, it has a mastercard logo and instead of waiting on a check and then picking it up, cashing it and carrying WAY To much cash we just have it all on a card. Im so apprehensive. I just can't wait for the confirmation email LOL. I am getting my digital rebel possibly today!! Wes is playing in a basketball league about 40 minutes or so away though so he wont be home till after one so even if anything were to come in theres not much I guess I can do anyhow LOL So I need to just hold my horses.

Well I am stopping in shortly but I wanted to ask the few of those that read this if anyone really does at all could PLEASE pray. My husbands family is having a very hard start to their new year. My husbands grandfather is having surgery tomorrow and is in serious condition. On top of that Wes got word his Aunt may have had another stroke and his close uncle just had his colon burst. He went to the hospital a while a go to be with his Aunt Leah. I feel just terrible. I wish I could be here for him more! I am really stressed because he is also probably calling out of work tomorrow and I dont want his job compounding stress. We have had a full plate lately. I realise the good lord will not give us more then we can handle I just need to find every bit of strength I can to really be here for Wes in such a time of need.

Just dropping in to say hello and report theres nothing new to report LOL. Today should be a busy day. My house is a mess, I have a ton of requests in progress at both squish and simply chic. I also want to get a layout done and get a bit more cozy with the digital scrap world. I even am thinking of taking the plunge and learning how to make scrap crap. I am at the point where I am trying to be not so scared of change. (I am notorious for that.)
Carinna love thank you so much for the sweet comment and well wishes btw!! I hope you know I genuinely miss you!!
I have so much on my mind today. The kids are all in whiney mode so I cant really get into it unfortunately. I am just really excited for the New Year because with the New Year brings hope of a better tomorrow and new beginnings. I am hoping this year my family is prosperous and healthy, that Lillians arthritis lets up to give her a good quality of life, or that god takes mercy on us and heals her all together. I am hoping that we have the opportunity to bring new life into our family and I get the bright red second line! I pray I get some kind of business off the ground and become successful at that. I also hope to get better and better with my graphic design and ocntinue to learn.
Theres been a lot of wonderful things for our family in 2007. My marriage continues to grow stronger by the day. I have made some incredible friends. Picked up a very addicting hobby. And really seen some's true colors and learned who I should trust and who well unfortunately I shouldn't. I am also trying to learn my kindness isn't a weakness and I am entitled to take a stand for myself!

So incredibly overwhelmed

Just dropping in. We have been quite busy around here. I dont even really have time to get into specifics. I could go on and on I suppose. Right now Wes is down at the hospital with his grandfather. Things aren't looking great and we are really growing concerned! We are afraid he just may not make it.

From a graphic design stand point I am doing wonderfully. I am designing at a couple sites and am no longer at hot graphix. It was such a hard decision to make but I have gotten so much support from those I learned truely care about me. I wish there was not so much drama surrounding my decision to go but well I cant make everyone happy now can I?

I also joined a creative team. Amanda has really been trying to get me to do this forever and she found me a great team to be a part of so I am very excited! I actually made my first layout for Bobbie's Team. She is from Elemental Scraps and her name is onescrappymom there. The layout is from her Like a Princess kit. Check her out if you can!

Howdy!!
Well my posts seem to be few and far between recently. Admittedly with the holiday season here I have been reeling. Its been insane trying to find enough time in a day to manage our normal goings on let alone anything extra! Noah has been a terror lately too. A wonderful terror but a terror none the less LOL, only a mother could say something like that huh?!
Today was tiring. We got up super early after being up super late and watched the kids open their gifts. I actually took like 209238 pictures. I am pretty ticked however because I am getting a lense error on my canon s3is. Apparently they are fairly common with the pos cameras. Thank goodness I am going to be upgrading to SLR soon!!
The kids made out fairly well. Their bedrooms are over flowing (quite literally) with toys!! These kids seriously should not want for anything in a while. However tomorrow they are going to be getting even MORE from both sides of the family as both mine and Wes's mom have stuff for them to open. My mom always tends to go NUTS with the presents so Im hopping to find osme magical closet to fit them all in. Fat chance.
Well my smelly son just got out of the tub. My awesome husband gave him a bath for me.

Bad Feet Day

Today has started off pretty rocky. Lillian is having an extremely rough time getting around. Her knees are swollen to the size of little grapefruits and I am seriously contemplating on whether or not I should keep her home from school. I know its always hard on her and havent had to keep her home on account of her JRA just yet but I am fairly tempted. Its always a tough call for me because I have tryed my hardest through out the course of her arthritis to give her a normal childhood and keeping her away from something she loves just seems wrong. On the other side kids can be so cruel and I would hate for them to say anything about her limping. Of course I could be just worrying way to much (per usual I am a notorious overthinker) however I am her mother and well thats my job.

I can NOT wait for payday Thursday. I am going straight to the grocery store. I dont even ever want to look at a package of ramen noodles ever again. My baby sister decided to tell my grandparents, parents and aunt that we were struggling in possibly not those exact terms. (We really aren't we are just having a tight week because we just dropped a grand on rent) and my mom showed up late last night with a few bags of groceries and gas money. It was MORE than sweet but I have a super hard time taking stuff from people. I have a wicked independence streak in me. Apparently my grandmother sent it all over. I called to thank her and she almost sounded like she was in a bad mood. I dont know why, I hope I didnt do anything. Wes and I are the type of people to rarely if ever ask for help. Its just not us.

Wellllllllllllllllll the house is clean and two out of three kids is up and crazy. I am going to finish up a couple of siggies and then maybe try to bang out a layout or two. I have been itching to get to scrapping again!

Im in a funk. I dont know whats up with me the past few days. I am just extremely touchy. I hate being this weepy. I am fine and then it hits me outta no where. I just am not in the mood for much of anything. Its exhausting actually.
So I have been feeling reflective, which is NOT helping my out of sorts mood but I just keep thinking back over the past five years with my children. It just seems unreal they grow up so fast. Makes me very nostalgic, sad happy. I am a big ball of feelings huh LOL! I just look at Lillian and think wow, shes in grade school already, Wesley is 3 and Noah is running all around. He just turned one but he seriously thinks hes 3.
I have such an amazing husband. He is supportive and loving. Hes my rock and my strength. Hes my best friend. I cant imagine life without him. He is working so many crazy hours just to provide us with a wonderful holiday. He seriously has made the past 8 years fantastic. I am so crazy head over heels in love. I am BLESSED. I love my family!!! Of course I tell him like over and over so hes probably sick of hearing that LOL, hes not the sappy type but in all honesty he would do anything for me and I am a lucky duck.
We have decided on getting a digital rebel xti this year. I am over the moon excited. Its definitely an investment but I do feel it will pay off. I plan on making photography a career and have to start somewhere. First I have to master all things SLR.
I have been dabbling with digital scrapbooking recently and made my first few layouts. I didnt save one like a dummy LOL But I have two of three. Hmm actually let me post one of them. I am so new so bear with me and of course I used a bit here or there so im not positive who to credit for what. I used Atomic cupcake actions on one of the papers. The top apaper is SBK (it was a paper anyhow I ran the action on it) And theres a touch of Flergs glitter. I love digital scrapping! Its def a new passion for me!

Well not much to add, more checking in then anything. Today is certainly an emotional one. I dont know why, there isnt a concrete reason behind my blubbering. I guess Im just tired and weepy. Wes came home a bit earlier then expected tonight because I guess they were repairing something at his job so that was an awesome surprise, but tomorrow marks the beginning of a very few LONG weeks. He will be working up from morning through till night. I always miss him like crazy when hes gone.

They are back from the grocery store. Just feeling a bit burnt out today so thought Iw ould vent.

Winter Weather Warning??

Yay! I do sure hope that means school will be cancelled tomorrow because standing outside in slush snow and ice is NOT how I want to start off my week LOL. Especially with three very active young children. The bus driver is always fairly late too. Sometimes we get stuck out there as long as 30 minutes past the time its supposed to come. I do get my exercise though. Little Wes is QUICK and he beelines straight for the playground. Then I get to lug a 23 lbs one year old and a 30 lbs 3 year old screaming and wriggling up to the third floor. Luckily with all the excitement nap time is a breeze. KNOCK ON WOOD. All this for half day kindergarten so I get to repeat the process in about ummm 2-3 hours. Sick of my whining yet LOL.
Tis the season to be cranky though. We haven't even begun our holiday shopping. Eh and every year I Swear up and down we are going to start in August LOL. Yah right! More like Christmas Eve. I am torn on how much I really hope to spend. Wes thinks we should totally go nuts if we have it and I do agree to some extent but the older they get the more expensive the gifts are and well honestly I want them to learn to appreciate everything they get. We always had huge insane Christmas's with just presents upon presents and while I LOVE my siblings, they just dont realise how fortunate they are with their gifts. And wow do I appreciate my mother. She is incredible. I dont know how she did it year after year. She would always sit us down and forewarn us about the meager Christmas ahead and then to our shock (Or not) and amazement there would be just as many if not more gifts there.
Well I better get some sleep. I cant believe its already one A.M. (Still yet to snow too btw)

LOL I am SUCH a dork! For some reason though the blog titles are really rough for me. I can never think of anything, I always love to browse other's blogs and well I completely am JEALOUS Of their cute little headers! Enough of my senseless rambling.
In a minute I am going to get up off my rump, Clean my house, drain a second (and then possibly a third) cup of coffee. Clean my kids MONSTROUS bedrooms. Unclog the vaccum and then tackle the laundry growing out of the floor in the hallway! I cant wait for Wes to get home, I really miss him today. ( Of course I do everday) But I just really love his company and am seriously getting anxious and well its 10:30 so I have a ways to go LOL.
So we are probably going to get my camera BEFORE income tax so I am SUPER excited. Wes brought it up last night and he really wants to get it for me before Christmas. I have been exchanging emails with a friend of mine and she has been SO helpful! I doubt she will see this but THANK YOU Christine!! I am soon to be diving into the world of SLR photography. Wes is being such a trooper being this stuff is definitley an investment. It feels good that I have a husband so invested in my craft and that has so much faith in my talent! I am DIEING to start up. Its something I Have thought of for quite a long time to be honest but just didnt have the resources so while I can I am going to grab the bull by the horns and run with it!!
There are of course of other business endeavors I hope to tackle as well that are photography related but I am trying so hard not to put the cart before the horse, which I do WAY To often!
Okay now off to have another cup of coffee (and then possibly get started on the house work lol)

Well today was MUCH better than yesterday! The kids were much better behaved, i managed some housework and I am feeling overall fairly good! I had an incredible time last night with my family at dinner. We went to the Casino for dinner and it was just really nice to get out and have a bit of adult time without all the kids. (Don't get me wrong I LOVE my kids and enjoy them SO much!) But I dont get so much as 10 minutes of peace. Noah does not even sleep anymore and yup hes still in my bed.

I am so excited! I nominated my madre for an extraordinary woman thing on the radio and got an email today! Im going to be on the local radio with my mom doing an interview. I am super nervous to though. I am fairly shy with that kinda stuff.

Today is "one of those" days! My kids are all taking turns being whiney and throwing temper tantrums. I swear if its not one thing its the next. The weather is horrible and I still have to bundle and lug three kids to the bus stop in roughly an hour or so. Tonight I am supposed to be going to dinner with my mom, sister and god mother for my sister's FIFTEENTH birthday! And yes I am nine and half years older than her so I am feeling quite old suddenly! (That and she went out of her way to remind me that I am going to be 30 in just about 5 years. Boy does that put stuff in perspective for you. Wasn't I just fifteen??!!

It has been birthday central around here lately! Both my boys just had birthdays (and it is SO nice to get that stuff out of the way) At least we are off the hook till May though (when OMG Lily will be SIX!!!) At least she still whines like she is 2. I do realise I have a big hand in it as my kids are SPOILED ROTTEN, but hey the first step to fixing the problem is admitting it right LOL.

Noah is now weaning, or Im delusional and would like to think so. He REALLY is attached. I cant leave the room half the time. Its insane. I do love this little man to bits but cant a girl use the latrine alone! I still cant believe its been a year already. I guess the theme of this post really is why is everyone getting older on me LOL. It just doesn't seem to last long enough.

Okay going to step in the bathroom and count to ten cause we are in the middle of a five year old meltdown and I am feeling a bit overwhelmed. Thank GOD for Kindergarten eh!

I'm a Slacker

Well this weekend has been insane. Noah was INSANELY sick. His fever actually got up to pretty scary numbers but the dust is settling and he is doing much much better. Its a shame it all happened when it did because little Wes was supposed to visit his grandparents on my husbands side for his birthday, but Wes was a incredible and supportive husband and decided to stay home and help out. I did feel bad though because little Wes seemed to be looking forward to it.
So anyhow Noah is basically just dealing with a major head cold at this point. All the viral mess seems to be out of his system (knock on wood) However he is insanely clingy and I seem to have more a new born and less of a happy vibrant toddler I am used to. He just wants to be held all day. I dont mind all the extra cuddles though because I do realise it wont last forever.

Just wanted to pop in and say we are still alive LOL.

Today is going to be a long day! I was dumb and didnt go to bed at a decent hour and now I literally feel like my head is in a fog. I couldn't even stay awake in the shower LOL.

Tomorrow is little Wesley's birthday so we are preparing for our little boy to turn three. Its NOT easy for me at all. I just want to cry whenever i Look at him. I dont know if its hormones or sleep deprivation or both but OMG I am just an emotional train wreck today. His big party isnt until a week from this Saturday but we always have their own cake and the actual day is special for them too. I do feel guilty though. This year we had taken Lillian to the movies and out to the mall to pick out her own special toy. We were even going to take her out to eat but my mom cooked and well it smelled too good not to stick around.

My nanny is a bit under the weather and I cant help but worry. She had what may have been a mini stroke yesterday so they are going to be running all kinds of tests. I am SO close with my grandmother and do not even want to begin imagining what life would be like without her. She truely is a very special person and I am BLESSED to have such a positive force in my life. Of course now I am beating myself up for not visiting as much as I should.

We are trying so hard to wean Noah from the breast. Its not going well at all. He is SO fussy and just wants to nurse all night lately. Its almost like he senses its almost ending and hes totally rebelling. I am going to miss it so much, we have really bonded in such an amazing way but I am just ready. I am SO proud of myself for making it this far too.

Well I have like a bazillion things to do today!!

Nap Time!!!

Doncha Love it!! Okay so two out of three isnt bad. Noah is fussy today but hes a mommas boy and Wes has been trying to keep him he happy. Up that didnt last long. My husband has been so incredibly helpful these past couple of days. Well hes helpful a good amount of time, but I have woken up to a meal both mornings and a clean kitchen.

We had some pretty nasty weather here in Connecticut yesterday and even the night before that. We got the remnants of Hurricane Noel and it totally put a damper on our weekend. Its not so bad as I am typing this but still fairly overcast.

I have a lot on my plate today. I have got 3 siggies to make, a newsletter to pull together and then a few other things I need to do so I guess this is short and sweet today! Hope everyone is having a awesome weekend!

ME!!!

Last night I was on the computer and Noah was playing quietly at my feet. He had the diaper bag open and was pulling all the contents out, (as he always loves to do) and then looking at each one for something interesting to play with. I had stashed two jars of stage 2 baby food in there the other day for my mother's house and totally forgot about them. He found them quickly and was softly clanking them together. He was enjoying the noise and the glass was fairly thick so I didn't think anything of it. Suddenly I hear a HUGE crack and then he started to wail, I mean ear piercing! I panic and look down and Noahs hand is covered in blood and the jagged edge of one of the baby food jar tops is sticking to his hand!! I gently pull it off and clean him up. He has a itty bitty scratch on his tummy, he cut the crease of his thumb and a little cut on his forearm (wrist area) I just felt awful. The room was spinning. He of course is absolutely fine today but I am a panicker LOL. I struggle to keep my cool in these type of situations. When theres blood involved its like 548484185 times worse! I actually am still kinda of in awe of the fact he could even break those jars! I have dropped them on the floor to often to count and even then they have not broken. Live and Learn I suppose. Live and Learn.

Today Lily ahs a half day of school. Parent teacher meetings are starting up. The only problem with this is she is in half day kindergarten. She usually only goes from 12:35- 3:30 so today she will be going from 11:15-1:00. Seems like its almost pointless but I want her attendace to be as close to perfect as possible. I won't lie and say I'm not tempted to keep her home though.

Well off to start the day. I just need to make it through my bowl of coffee first. My kitchen is already clean so I have a good start!

Well I am back!! I dont know about refreshed cause well when you have three kids is that possible LOL. But I am so ready for the siggie madness to begin! I am actually going to be designing at TWO sites now. Guess its a great way to get started back up! My wonderful friend Sara is in cohoots with a couple other chickadees taking over a personal graphics board and Im jumping on in, in hopes to help out and make even more incredible friends! I always love meeting new people!! I am very blessed to be able to do what I do.

Anywho, Halloween was fun but exhausting. We started out as soon as Lily got out of school. We whisked the kids to wal mart to pick up some last minute costume essentials. From there we ran home and got them ready and were on our way to Mystic Village. We didnt have time to visit my grandparents, which I felt AWFUL about. I really would have loved for the kids to see them all dressed up. I am so close with my grandparents! Getting off track... Mystic was nice but it was insanely busy. It was kind of a well kept secret before and I guess the secrets out because it was elbow to elbow kids. Then we went to Friendlys. Which was insane with three kids (as I imagined) and they were short on servers. Still I had my heart set on it and we do it every year so we went ahead with it. My husband was totally stressed though so we ate as quickly as possible and were off again. By this time it was almost 7 so we decided to fleet over to moms. She was buzzed LOL so it was a bit entertaining. My mom is the cutest ever when she is buzzed. I know thats probably odd to hear lmao but well she is. I couldnt stay away from the candy dish!! At one point I think I ate a handful of those stupid fun size kit kat bars!

Finally we made it back home in one piece. I was to tired to throw the kids in the tub so I just washed em up with a baby wipe and called it a day. I swear they woke up on a sugar high though LOL. They are even wilder today then they were last night!

I cant believe how fast Halloween came and gone. I am kinda sad that now my son is going to be 3 in 7 days! I look at him and still see my baby. Hes just such a joy. Kinda crazy but a joy LOL. I will def post a couple pictures in a bit! Off to siggie land!!

First and Foremost I wish everyone and anyone that reads this a very happy and safe Halloween! This is most definitely one of my favorite times of year. We have kinda made our own family tradition and I go ga-ga over those types of things.
We have 4 different places to visit tonight so we are going to be t-i-r-e-d tonight! We are also taking the kids out to dinner so 3 kids in the resteraunt is going to be very interesting to put it nicely. Then again last year I was as big as a house and definitely the center of attention so at least I know people are not staring and thinking OMG that woman is huge!
Lily is going to be Belle from Beauty and the Beast (funny because the past couple of years she has picked princess's from Disney movies she is still yet to see!) Wesley is going to be Woody from Toy Story though he hates his costume LOL So we are going to have to fight him (second year in a row now) to get in his costume. Last year he was a lion and hated that one too! Noah is going to be the little Lion from Old Navy and I just LOVE it on him! I seriously hope to get a picture of all three of them together again!
Photoshop officially hates me too! I was almost done with a siggie and it crashed completely so I get to start to from scratch. Its my luck I swear LOL.
On a good note though the housework is just about done and my laundry pile is manageable!!
Okay well I have 3 smelly children in need of a bath and I am STARVING. Okay not really Im BORED and want to eat LOL.

Yep Im nuts! I am already getting the siggie itch. Not to mention I haven't stopped making them completely cause I had one off board and a ram to finish up yesterday and I am currently making on for my fellow designer (and good friend) Robin. Tomorrow seems so far away. But way to close with Halloween LOL.

Last night we went to mama's house for dinner. Dinner was delicious and the company was great but I can't help but worry for my father. He is not doing so hot. He had surgery a couple days back on his face and he just doesn't look like himself right now. Its sad though because he is so medicated you have to wonder if hes aware of his surroundings. I wont ramble on this cause well, its just a hard subject to touch on but its always a relief to air it out and get it off my chest.

So tomorrow is Halloween!! I am SO excited! I do have to try and get all the kid's costumes together because somewhere among the madness here there are bits and pieces of Halloween costumes EVERYWHERE. My son's especially. He is being woody from Toy Story but the stupid costume has like 2382039 pieces with it. (And for the record I dont think he likes the damn thing anyway LOL) We bought it at least a few weeks a go and hes yet to try it on!) We are all going out though and taking the kids trick or traeting at various places. We are also taking them to a few family memebers houses to show off their incredibly cute and way to expensive costumes and then out to dinner. (Mommy's favorite no cooking!)

Burnt Out!!

Well I guess the title kinda states the obvious but I am taking a couple days off from siggie making (I really mean it this time LOL) and am totally going to try and focus on the house and the kids and come on back after Halloween. I just have totally been in a fog these past couple of days and it literally hurts to think. Its so odd. The itch is still there so thats good. It will make it all the better when I come back hopefully refreshed in a couple days!

Amber honey thank you for all the sweet comments too!! You are so sweet and I cant say enough how much I appreciate you taking time out to read my blog. I am definitely going to have to fix that picture!

My kids are wild as always and I have Regis and Kelly on for background noise but really I am just not motivated today. I have a million and one things to do. I haven't been getting the best sleep the past couple of days. I have been having a lot of vivid dreams that are waking me up at night. Its so strange. If I wasn't the paranoid type and didn't always think I was I would swear I was pregnant between the leg cramps and the funky dreams. I know im not though so before I stir the pot I will just come out and say that LOL!!

I am always thinking on a way to make this blog more interesting. I am going to be venturing in the world of making scrap crap soon so hopefully I will be posting freebies as I learn. Of course I dont know if you would realy want them LOL, they may not even be worth the computer space but hey Im making the effort right lmao!

My amazing Husband

Wes is such a great guy!! Hes making me breakfast and Im totally being lazy and sitting on the computer. I dont think I could ask for more!! Last night I woke up with what felt like someone had my hip muscles in a death grip and was twisting and turning them. It was just sooo horribly painful. Actually it felt just like those leg cramps you get when your pregnant and are scared to move. Those that have had kids know exactly what I mean LOL. So today I am still pretty sore from that. Its nuts!

The beer did the trick though and I was out like a light. I slept so soundly! It was wonderful. And all the kids slept with us so that was even better. I didnt have to wake up at all last night!

I dont know how productive today will prove with my hip feeling this way. I am definitley going to try to think of a way to get something done around here. It really needs it!

We pretty much did Nada LOL. No cleaning, the floors still look the same (we didnt even rent the carpet cleaner and yup you guessed it NOT going to moms. I am lazy and I will just blame it on the rain!

Wes has been drinking a beer in secret hopes I will end up buzzed and all over him LOL But I dont know how lucky he is going to get because all it did was relax me, a lot. And now I am thinking about how nice and warm my bed would feel. Sad Im such a light weight because I remeber the days I could drink the boys under the table. Ahhh the joys of children LMAO. Its probably cause I never ever drink so it doesn't take me much!

So Tomorrow we should be doing all the crap we shoulda done today lol!

I am so not awake yet and not even remotely ready to be out of bed. I need coffee but little Wes decided to dump the entire can of coffee grinds on the kitchen floor yesterday so I am really just hoping to somehow survive until Big Wes gets home. He wont be thrilled when I ask him to go back out for coffee.

Yesterday we spent pretty much cleaning our apartment. We want to restore it to the best possible condition. Don't get me wrong it wasn't like gross or anything but I just really like everything in order as I mentioned before. I hate to admit it but I am a bit of a control freak at times. We went to Walmart and bought a couple cans of paint and some much needed cleaners. I got my bedroom closet organized and Wes primed and repainted little Wes's room (white fun huh) Today we are going to rent the carpet cleaner since they charge 25 bucks for 24 hours. A dollar an hour to clean rugs LOL What a steal.... So I have to do the kitchen floors, clean the bathrooms, figure out a way to get the nail polish off of little Wesley's fingernails, and then go to moms house to make dinner over there. Speaking of I have to call her because I dont even think shes aware of this LOL.

Lily is over here naming off all her "boo-boos" in hopes to score a couple of princess band-aids. She uses them as stickers and its so irritating because when they really do need a band-aid there isn't one in sight.

Okay well I have three whiny kids and absolutely NO patience. Better go!

Yep, Im on a roll today huh!! I wanted to share something quickly though. A good friend of mine posted this a while back and I get emotional EVERY single time i watch it. Its just simply amazing!!

Today is going to be insane. We decided to fix our apartment up and try to get it as spotless as possible! We are going to rent a big ol' industrial strength rug cleaner and are hoping to get these carpets back to new! We are even buying some white paint to touch up cause thanks to Little Wes the walls are beyond Magic Erasor's well umm Magic LOL! Right now I am just trying to get through my cup er bowl of coffee and then attempt to motivate myself to pick up some before Wes gets home and we head off for home depot. Im actually really excited though! Im not much of a neat freak but I do LOVE when things are in order.

I am loving how quiet it is. My kids are still sleeping, okay well everyone but Noah but hes such a content baby. I really am lucky, my kids are incredible. (Yes okay I'm biased) Lily has school at noon so I have plenty of time to get motivated at least. I LOVE half day kindergarten. Everyone thinks Im nuts for choosing pm but to be honest I am not a morning person. Pretty insane when you figure that I have three kids LOL. They seem to be late nighters like me though so it all works out I guess!

So next month is going to be super busy!! Noah is going to be turning one and Wesley three. Its bittersweet. Part of me is just rushing to get to each exciting milestone. The pride involved with your children is just to tremendous for words. On that same note though its also sad to know your babies arent staying babies for long. They definitley do have their own agenda. Especially my five year old, whew shes a handful!

Oohh speaking of agenda I smell poop greeeaaatttt LOL. Gotta cut this short I suppose. Thanks Noah LOL. I was wondering why he was being so quiet!

Hi All!!!!

I am so incredibly new to this so bear with me! The blog world is amazing. I have been browsing recently and am so hooked! I decided it was time to take the plunge myself!

My name first and foremost is Sarah! I am a 24 year old Stay at home mommy from Connecticut. I have three beautiful children! Lillian is 5, Wesley is just about 3 and Noah is going to be one next month! Wow time flys when your busy huh. I also have an insanely amazing husband. I have been married for four great years! He is my highschool sweetheart and we have actually been together for eight years all together.

I have an insanely HUGE family! Very loud and crazy but honestly I love love love it and couldnt see it any other way! We def aren't your average family but we are sooooooooo very close, Well most of us LOL.

I dabble in a lot of different endeavors. I am always looking for my niche so to speak. I have a love for photography though I am VERY amateur to put it nicely. I love to experiment though. I also know my way around photoshop which doesn't hurt lol! I actually make personal graphics on a site called Hot Graphix! I have been making personal graphics for about 6 months now and am hooked. I do hope to eventually get a business up and going making Christmas Cards, Invites etc but its going to take me forever!

I also am dieing to start digital scrapbooking!! I know once I start that up theres no going back though LOL. I am already addicted to all the beautiful scrap book kits and items all over the web right now! There are some very very very talented women I will tell ya that!! Though if I could just get a handle on making this stuff I would probably save myself tons of money LOL, and my husbands checkbook!!

Okay well Im rambling. Dont want to lose everyone on my very first post!!!
